HP laser printer; page comes out with a light cyan background sometimes.?

It seems like the cyan sometimes leaks out to do a light blue coat over the page, what can i do to fix this?

From what you have described, it sounds like you may have a bad Cyan Toner Cartridge. The Solution is to replace the Bad Cyan Toner Cartridge.

Unfortunately as you failed to include a model number can't help you, try www.hp.com and their support pages, they are pretty darned good there. Even have fault finding guides where you answer questions to get to the problem you have for a suggested fix !
