I have a HP C5180 printer and replaced the ink and now am gettig an ink system failure message.?

The answer is simple, you will not be able fix it yourself, either call HP or return the printer for an exchange. It's that simple, yes.I have a HP C5180 printer and replaced the ink and now am gettig an ink system failure message.?
suggest it is a duff cartridge - is a HP original or a refill/compatible?

    i have an hp photosmart c4435 and it will not print red. I replaced the tricolor ink and aliged it. still no red ink
