If i buy a hp photo printer in the us can i use it in the UK or Nigeria?

yes, however, you will need a power transformer. the us uses 110 volt power , the UK uses 220v and luckily the prongs are different. it you just use an adapter to make the prongs fit the holes, your printer will start smoking. you must buy a transformer to take the 220v down to 110v. i know from experience. very expensive experience.....If i buy a hp photo printer in the us can i use it in the UK or Nigeria?
I think so just make sure that it is dual voltage many computer components are. Ask the vendor and check the specs. on-lineIf i buy a hp photo printer in the us can i use it in the UK or Nigeria?
I don't see why not. Just make sure the power sources are compliant (voltage).

Good luck!!
The only reason that you won't be able to is the input voltage. Many power supplies are auto-volt and will work on anything from 100 - 240 volts. Check that before you buy. You'll need an adaptor to connect it to the mains, or just replace the cord.
Actually, no, you need to look and check beyond the voltage.

Some printers are regionalized to work only with the specific region-ed cartridges.

You will need to check if that particular cartridge model number is available in stores in the UK/ Nigeria as in the US. If not, then after you finish using the first cartridges that come together with the box, you may not be able to find it in the stores for its replacement, unless you can continually travel or get folks to help you buy cartridges from US.
