I have uninstalled and reinstalled using the disc that came with the printer, i am stymied by the screen saying no internet access when i want to send photos, etc. any ideas?I have a HP all in one printer, scanner, copier, when i want to email a pix etc, it says no internet access?
This sounds more like your computer's problem then the printer. I don't know of any printers that send emails. Eh? The printer can send email?
Normally you'd scan the photo into a file on your computer, then use your email program (Yahoo Mail, whatever you use) to send the photo as an attachment to your friends.
What model is it? Look it up on the HP support page and look for the troubleshooter or FAQ's.
