I can't run my hp printer cd it says D is not accessable i/o error?

I already done the restore thing and still wont workI can't run my hp printer cd it says D is not accessable i/o error?
Either the CD drive is defective or the CD is damaged.


Try running other CD in your PC and run your printer CD in other PC.


If other CDs also do not work in your PC replace the CD drive.


Or download the driver from net.
