You should ideally save anything to your hard drive before trying to print, because if you're selecting print before the PC has all the information, the information the printer gets will be corrupted.My hp printer does not print word or pdf file ,but printing dirrect from net,any one know the reason?
Check and make sure that you have the most up to date driver for your printer, and that the driver was designed for your operating system.
