Help i have hp photosmart c4380 series printer i can not get it working?

when i switch it on i get a program needs your permission to continue if you started this program continue hewlett packard. when i press continue,i get the egg timer comes up then i get a box saying fatel error during installation ';-ERROR'; '; -wstub';';2818904 can any one throw any light on what is happiningHelp i have hp photosmart c4380 series printer i can not get it working?
un install it and disconnect it from your computer then re install it again usingng the software that came with it follow the instructions carefully and don'tn Connectct it to your computer till the software tells you toHelp i have hp photosmart c4380 series printer i can not get it working?
Turn off, unplug from electricity, count to 30, plug back in, turn on.





You might also need to uninstall the software and reinstall.





Vista could also be a problem.
