I am having trouble with the Cyan ink telling me that it is out of ink and I have replaced it with 4 new ones...it is only a year old and we have done all the trouble shooting online. It will not print anything even just black and white.Has anyone had any problems with the HP photosmart all in one 5100 series printer?
sounds like the sensor that tells the printer that a new cartridge has been installed is either faulty or broken try cleaning out were the cartridge goes to clear any dirt off the sensor and see if that works
