That is the HP website, you search your printer and click on Software downloads or something like that and pick your OS then click on the downloads you want (Full or Basic)

Hope this helps. Also if your computer has a CD burner burn the drivers to a CD in case this problem happens again.
go to www.hp.com and click on software and support. type in c3140 and select your version of windows and download the software. it'll be the most up to date version.
Go to the link below, pick your Windows version, and your AWAY! =)
Whenever in doubt with computers, you should always be able to download a driver online
