Is it safe to put any HP laserjet printer on a line conditioner?

Absolutely!Is it safe to put any HP laserjet printer on a line conditioner?
Electrical interference problems can often be minimized, reduced, or eliminated by using the following protection devices:

Surge suppressor: Eliminates most spikes that may be occurring on the power source, but can become damaged if a large enough spike comes in on the power line. * surge suppressors CANNOT protect equipment from a direct hit by lightning.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system: May alleviate problems with frequent power losses by providing backup power to the printer when line voltage drops off excessively or is lost entirely. UPS systems are quite expensive and are not found at many customer sites.

Power strip: Provides little to no protection from power surges, but they do allow the user to shut off power easily at the onset of potential power problems. They also minimize some forms of electrical power line ';noise.';

One common cause of electrical problems with LaserJet printers occurs when customers use a UPS or surge protector or the line conditioner that can't supply enough power for the printer to perform properly. In this situation, instruct the customer to remove the printer from the UPS or surge protector
